Sichuan Zhengdakai New Materials Co., Ltd., founded in 2021 in Xuanhan County, Dazhou, Sichuan Province, specializes in the production of ethylene glycol, oxalic acid, and other advanced chemical materials using natural gas as its feedstock. The project is planned with an annual capacity of 1.2 million tonnes of ethylene glycol. Phase I, including 600,000-ton of ethylene glycol, commenced operation in June 2025.

Upon full completion and operation, the project will fully leverage local resource advantages to build a natural gas chemical industry cluster, effectively driving the coordinated and interconnected development of upstream and downstream industries such as petrochemicals, new materials, packaging, and logistics in Sichuan and central-western China.

Process optimization projects are currently underway, with Phase II in preparation. Upon completion, the project will help establish an integrated natural gas chemical industry cluster and support the coordinated development of related industries in western China.

In December 2025, ZHINK Group successfully acquired the exploration rights for the Wanyuan North Oil and Gas Block in the Sichuan Basin, Sichuan Province. The block covers 509.2473 km² across Wanyuan City (Dazhou) and Tongjiang County (Bazhong). Core technical teams and strategic partners have been established, with preliminary geological exploration and integrated evaluation scheduled to commence. The first exploratory well is planned to be drilled by the end of 2026.

As ZHINK Group's strategic upstream energy project, it will establish a stable natural gas supply for the Group's gas chemical business, support the integrated development of the natural gas value chain, and contribute to the development of the Wanda-Kai Natural Gas, Lithium and Potassium Industrial Cluster. The project also represents a major initiative to strengthen East-West regional cooperation, promote coordinated development between Zhejiang and Sichuan, and support China's national energy security strategy.
